Breaking News: Chairman to sign with El Paso

Though negotiations had been stalled over the winter, reports from El Paso indicate that the Chairman has agreed in principle to a 6-year, $0.81 million deal starting in the 2011-12 season. League rules prevent additional comment until the deal is officially completed, likely late next week.

The Chairman's move from New Orleans has been highly anticipated within league circles. And those close to the Chairman have suggested that the lame duck status in New Orleans will be epic.
